Let’s call it what it is. Donald Trump’s BS war in Iran has driven the price of damn near everything up. Gas is over $4.30 a gallon. Diesel hit an all-time high, which means everything that rides on a truck costs more too. Moody’s figures the average household has already paid about $1,760 extra since this war started in February.
I know what that does to a budget. The first things to go are the little luxuries. The good body wash. The candle. The stuff that’s just for you. I get it, and I’m not going to guilt anybody for tightening up.
